About Us
Tarantism Dance Company (TDC) was founded in 2018. Currently in our seventh season we offer over a dozen styles of dance to all ages in Beausejour, MB. Our professional, qualified and nurturing instructors provide the highest quality dance education to all of our students helping them find and achieve their full potential.
At TDC we believe in helping everyone find their love for dance through fun, interactive & age appropriate classes. We are proud to follow the A.D.A.P.T dance syllabus in all of our jazz, tap & ballet classes and use the same approach in all of our other classes.

What is Tarantism?
(ta-ran-tism) Popular in Italy during the 15th to 17th century, tarantism is said to have been an illness that caused an extreme impulse to dance when someone was bitten by a tarantula. To us though it really just means family.
